HRI DEVELOPED MCDONALD'S SELLS FOR $3.6 MIL


McDonalds constructed by HRI Development

A California-based private investor purchased a freestanding McDonald’s restaurant developed by HRI Development in Hawthorne for $3.6 mil. The property traded at a cap rate of 3.75%.

McDonald’s is operating under a corporate-guaranteed, 20-year ground lease with eight five-year options. Built in 2014, the property is located at 3571 Rosecrans Ave, a few blocks west of Crenshaw Blvd. Ara Rostamian of Strategic Development Advisors represented the sellers, Starpoint Commercial Properties and HRI Development. The buyer was repped by John Archibald of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance.
