A California-based private investor purchased a freestanding McDonald’s restaurant developed by HRI Development in Hawthorne for $3.6 mil. The property traded at a cap rate of 3.75%. McDonald’s is operating under a corporate-guaranteed, 20-year ground lease with eight five-year options. Built in 2014, the property is located at 3571 Rosecrans Ave, a few blocks west of Crenshaw Blvd.
